QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master degree within QHSE and/or Technical Safety or similar.
- Relevant experience is important to fulfil the position.
QHSE
- Contribute to and focus on continuous improvement in order to achieve the company’s mission and objectives.

- Ensure that current processes and procedures for Quality assurance, Health, Security and Environment (QHSE) are observed.

DUTIES/TASKS
Be of support to project work and contribute to the development / implementation of tools and work processes within the area of responsibility. Contribute to that at any given time required tasks are carried out in accordance with the requirements, specifications and schedule.
- Ensure that technical solutions within QHSE are according to applicable rules/regulations/Contract
- Give advise within Norsok S001, 002 and relevant rules/regulations.
- Risk assessments such as HAZID, HAZOP, Change & Constructability analysis, Design Review, Change analysis e.g.
- Risk identification and follow-up for Engineering projects
- Study and project execution within QHSE and/or Technical Safety
- ISO 14001 compliance and Audits
- ISO 9001 compliance and Audits
- Input to bid/tenders
- Establish and update relevant procedures / documents for QHSE discipline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Relevant personnel handbook
- Rules & Regulations
- Contribute to provide excellent customer service.
- Be involved in the promotion of the section to customers internally and externally.
- Contribute to attract and find new projects and assignments. Contribute to provide excellent customer service.
- Contribute to create a good working environment.
- Contribute to recommend improvements, as well as record discrepancies with suggestions for corrective measures.
- Work with management to develop own expertise.
- Follow all applicable instructions and procedures to maintain a good quality and effectiveness of the work.
- Use the systems and programs required and authorized by the company.
Initiates / notify all need reviewing and ordering of equipment and tools to implement all the tasks imposed.
Language:
- Correct candidate must be able to speak and write fluent Norwegian and English

- Start: asap
- End: 31.12.2025 with possibilities of extension for the right candidates

- Bergen
NB: Only candidates holding a VALID Woking Visa for NORWAY and speak and write Norwegain will be evaluated.
