Administration Coordinator - Commercial & Procurement

We are looking for a consultant to join our client's team and contribute to a large-scale, multicultural project.
Responsibilities:
-Procurement Admin follow up
-Procurement administration
-Correspondence repository work towards Client, partners, and others.
-Proof-reading.
-Office365.
-Compiling adobe/ .pdf-files.
-Communication with project members in various locations.
-Communication with Client and contractors.
-Arranging kick-offs/ milestone celebrations/ project-related events.
-Provide administrative support to procurement manager and the procurement organisation in project.
Qualifications:
-Structured, accurate and systematic.
-Proficient IT skills and good knowledge of Office365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Word) and SAP.
-Must master Norwegian and English well.
-Administrative background (through experience or education).
-Experience in working in multi-cultural and multi-lingual projects.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
-Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
-Positive, service-minded, and flexible.
Work Experience:
-3-5 years’ experience from similar type of work.
-Preference with experience in working in large projects and in multicultural/ multilingual workplaces.
-Office365, especially Teams, Sharepoint and Word.
-Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
-Advantage with experience from a correspondence handling system (ProArc or equivalent).
Education:
Upper secondary school or equivalent (long work experience from similar employment may compensate for lacking education).
Planned start date and duration:
Planned start date: 13/01/2025 or by appointment
Planned end date: 01/08/2025
