Your Role:

As a Piping Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, modeling, and execution of piping systems. Your expertise will be key in ensuring quality, efficiency, and seamless collaboration across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Piping Design: Develop and optimize piping systems using AVEVA E3D.
• 2D Drawings & Documentation: Extract, prepare, and check technical drawings in MicroStation/AutoCAD.
• Material Take-Off (MTO): Ensure accurate material specifications for procurement and execution.
• Supplier Coordination: Manage requisitions and follow-ups with vendors.
  
• Project Execution: Prepare work packages, follow up on fabrication, installation, and offshore surveys.
• Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless project integration.
• Progress Reporting & Compliance: Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory adherence (TR2000/NORSOK/TCD, PED).
  

What We’re Looking For:

• A committed and results-driven professional with a passion for engineering excellence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.
• A creative problem-solver who thrives in both independent and team settings.
• Proficiency in E3D, MicroStation, AutoCAD, STID/ProArk and related systems.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as NORSOK
• Experience in pipe support design, mechanical completion, and as-built documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent) with 5+ years’ experience.
• Experience can compensate for formal education.
• A craft certificate is a plus!
