About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be the operational lead for one or more high-stakes projects, overseeing delivery from concept to completion. You’ll play a central role in navigating the complex matrix of engineering, construction, and stakeholder coordination—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
You'll report to the Manager IMR and collaborate closely with senior leadership, the Steering Committee, and external partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead all aspects of project execution—from planning and budgeting to risk management and final delivery.
- Drive collaboration across global, multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, contract terms, and company procedures
- Proactively report progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management
- Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and championing best practices
What We’re Looking for
- 5+ years of experience managing complex Capex projects
- Proven background in vessel equipment construction, system integration, and certification
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to mitigate commercial risk
- Hands-on experience with electrical, hydraulic, and control systems
- University degree (MSc/BSc) or equivalent in a relevant field
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral)
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and inspire diverse teams
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
