About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Discipline Lead to join our team and support project execution across all phases. This is a senior role requiring strong technical expertise and leadership skills within large offshore projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze contracts and specifications; participate in technical discussions with clients
- Manage HVAC team tasks and deliverables; step in on individual tasks when needed
- Prepare Basis of Design, HVAC Philosophy, and System Description documents
- Develop schematic Air Flow Diagrams and D&ID drawings
- Select HVAC equipment based on capacity and suitability
- Provide input to the 3D model and follow up with suppliers
- Offer senior HVAC expertise from concept through construction, including participation in reviews
- Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of HVAC discipline experience on large offshore projects, preferably greenfield, from C-study to handover
- Proven team leadership experience
- Experience with HVDC/wind projects is an advantage
- Strong commitment to deadlines and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive mindset; willing to share knowledge
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with relevant offshore standards
