Take Charge of Electrical Systems in Global Offshore Wind Projects

Are you ready to take a leadership role in HVDC and HVAC offshore wind projects? We are looking for an experienced Electrical Lead Engineer to drive technical activities during study and tender phases for topside offshore wind projects in a dynamic, international environment.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the electrical discipline within the project, ensuring resource allocation, planning, deliverables, scope definition, priorities, and quality.
Develop electrical philosophies and core deliverables (topologies, SLDs, load lists) aligned with company specifications, client requirements, and regulations.
Verify designs from previous study phases.
Manage interfaces with other disciplines, suppliers, clients, and contractors.
Organize and lead team meetings, workshops, and design reviews to ensure timely decisions and clear actions.
Opportunity to continue into later phases such as FEED and EPC.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Minimum 5 years as Electrical Lead Engineer in system design and execution.
Minimum 10 years’ project experience in electrical system design and execution.
Offshore wind experience preferred; early-phase conceptual design is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
Strong communication skills in English (oral and written).
Cooperative, proactive, and systematic approach with high attention to deadlines and quality.
Certificates:
Valid FSE course.
