Senior Structural Analysis Engineer

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Structural / Senior Structural Analysis Engineer for an exciting offshore project. The role involves advanced structural analysis and design work in a multidisciplinary and international environment. The position can be based in Haugesund, Bergen, or Gothenburg.
Responsibilities:
Perform engineering checks of structural design and fabrication drawings
Develop structural designs and perform analyses for main steel
Conduct linear and non-linear structural analyses using SESAM and Abaqus
Prepare structural design and technical reports
Interface and collaborate with other engineering disciplines
Ensure compliance with quality requirements, deadlines, and project standards
Qualifications:
Experience in the design and analysis of offshore structures
Strong multidisciplinary understanding
Ability to work independently with attention to detail, as well as effectively in teams
Proactive mindset — seeks input when needed and shares knowledge openly
Cooperative work attitude and comfortable in a multicultural team environment
High commitment to quality and project deadlines
Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in global analysis of offshore structures
Education:
Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent
