Join a key offshore wind project!
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Package Responsible Engineer to join an exciting offshore wind project. The role includes responsibility for mechanical equipment packages within a complex, multidisciplinary engineering environment.
Responsibilities:
Act as the Package Responsible Engineer for mechanical equipment packages within the engineering scope of the offshore wind project.
Follow up suppliers’ technical documentation, deviations, and technical queries throughout the engineering and execution phases.
Ensure effective interface management between internal disciplines, suppliers, contractors, and the client to secure integrated and high‑quality package delivery.
Qualifications:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer / Mechanical Package Responsible Engineer in engineering projects.
Strong experience with design, selection, and follow‑up of mechanical equipment packages.
No specific certificates required.
Work Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant experience within mechanical disciplines and package follow‑up in engineering projects, preferably within the energy or offshore sector.
Solid understanding of mechanical systems and supplier follow‑up.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical field.
