Are you passionate about ensuring safety, quality, and compliance? As our client’s QHSE Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards across the operations, ensuring alignment with national, international, and corporate requirements. This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on employee safety, site security, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the site’s QHSE system and routines.
- Ensure employee safety, fire safety, and site security.
- Ensure compliance with ISO certifications and EU directives.
- Promote safe and responsible behavior across the organization.
- Act as the primary contact for relevant local authorities.
Expected Results:
- Full compliance with national, international, and corporate QHSE standards at all times.
- Safe working conditions and continuous improvement through non-conformity analysis.
- Updated and reliable QHSE documentation and valid conformity declarations for all products.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Structured, analytical, and responsible with high ethical standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian (written and spoken).
Duration of need: 6 months
