Are you a skilled negotiator with a proactive mindset and a passion for optimizing supply chains? As a Tender and Project Purchasing Manager, you will lead procurement activities for tenders and projects, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with corporate standards. You will be the key link between suppliers and project teams, delivering cost-effective and high-quality procurement solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities for assigned tenders and projects in line with company models and procedures.
• Lead supplier communications, including RFQs, negotiations, and contract agreements.
• Develop and maintain Procurement Plans aligned with project goals.
• Source and qualify suppliers, ensuring compliance with internal standards and CSR requirements.
• Monitor contract execution, ensuring on-time and within-budget deliveries.
• Proactively identify risks linked to supply chain and support mitigation strategies.
• Ensure accurate reporting of savings, cost avoidance, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills, with experience in e-auction platforms and sourcing strategies.
• Knowledge of procurement tools and systems such as SAP, BI, and Ariba.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across teams.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 9 years of experience in Procurement, Category Management, or Supply Chain roles.
• Proven track record of successful negotiations and achieving commercial results.
• Familiarity with technical procurement needs and ability to challenge suppliers on solutions.

Education:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
• Extensive experience in procurement or supply chain management may substitute formal education.
