Join our dynamic team in Stavanger as a Senior Purchasing Coordinator! We are looking for a proactive and experienced professional to oversee our clients procurement processes and ensure compliance with company standards. If you like to work with negotiation and have a passion for strategic purchasing, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of purchase orders and procurement documentation.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to maximize value creation.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts.
• Assure that the Procurement Processes and relevant documents are according to the company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with SCM requirements, policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Manage and track the status of orders and deliveries to ensure timeliness.
• Perform bid evaluations and prepare final recommendations.
• Identify and mitigate risks within purchasing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency in SAP system.
• Excellent English and Norwegian language skills, both written and verbal.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement, preferably within the oil & gas sector.
• Proven track record in procurement and supply chain management.
• Experience in risk management and mitigation.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (can be compensated with extensive experience).
