Senior Document Controller
On behalf of our client we are searching for an experienced, structured and independent document controller to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the work which is carried out fulfills the department plans and procedures
- Responsible for document management in individual project or contract
- Ensure that colleagues have good understanding regarding routines and tasks performed for various disciplines
- Responsible for all in-coming and out-going deliveries which go through document control
- Responsible for the establishment of electronic archive in internal document control tool
- Be familiar with eventual electronic client systems
- Responsible for handling all engineering and supplier documentation
- Responsible for internal and external reporting of technical documentation
- Enter the actual work instructions and ensure that they are complied with
- Registration and follow-up of both Supplier & Engineering documentation
- Advise project personnel of the document management requirements
- Document progress reporting
- Follow-up of Supplier document deliveries
Qualifications:
- Good communication
- Systematic, accurate and independent
- Proactive, service minded, seeking advise from others and share own experiences with group
- Use of MS Office standard software.
- English language written and spoken
- Knowledge of ProArc and PIMS DC
Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project related experience within the oil and gas industry
Education:
- Relevant formal, higher education. Long experience may compensate for the lack of higher education
